DELIVERY PRE-CONDITIONS

DELIVERY RETURNS/NON-COLLECTION
If having commenced delivery of your order and we then have to return any ordered products to our facility, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection from our site at your expense. RETURNS POLICY
'Change of Mind' refunds are not available. Cancellations requests must be made before order fulfilment. If not, the full amount is charged. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days to us. Please contact us immediately on customerservice@hospitalplus.com.au to inform us of faulty goods received.
